When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the price displayed at the time of the order. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

Our products are custom-made to order. Production requires approximately one week, after which delivery times range from twenty-five to forty-five days depending on the destination. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production and delivery times.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices on the Site are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information.

5. Personalized Products

All items sold on our website are custom-made specifically for each customer. By purchasing a personalized product, you agree that variations in color, texture, and material may occur due to manufacturing conditions or differences in device screen displays.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refund eligibility and procedures are detailed in our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on the destination, customs processing, and carrier delays. Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit conditions lies with the shipping company. 8. User Content

If the Site allows you to upload reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display such content on the Site or in promotional materials. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
