At Button Seats, we ship our products worldwide. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.


1. Production Time

All of our products are custom-made for each customer.
Production time is approximately one week from the date your order is confirmed. Production may take slightly longer during high-demand periods.

You will receive an email notification once production is completed and your order is ready to ship.


2. Delivery Time

After production is complete, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

Worldwide delivery: 25 to 45 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs inspections, and carrier delays. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country.
Any additional customs fees charged by your country are not included in the shipping cost.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These fees vary by region and are determined solely by your local customs authority.

Button Seats S.L. is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs processing.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear, depending on the carrier and destination.

If your tracking number shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you.


6. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order cannot be delivered, we cannot issue refunds for production or shipping costs.

If the package is returned to us due to a delivery issue, we can resend it to the correct address. Additional shipping fees will apply.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Button Seats S.L. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

We will assist you in communicating with the carrier when possible.


8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution depending on the situation.
