Refund & Return Policy — Button Seats S.L.

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on Buttonseats.com, operated by Button Seats S.L. (NIF: B23927338) with registered address Calle Rosario, Valencia, Spain.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) — Legal Notice

Under European Union consumer law, customers generally have the right to return a product within 14 days after receiving it.

However, this right does NOT apply to custom-made or personalized products.

All Button Seats items are made to order according to each customer’s selected specifications (colors, materials, dimensions, and design details).
Therefore, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16 and Spanish consumer law (Art. 103 LGDCU), personalized products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

As a result:

Returns or refunds are not accepted once production has started, unless the product:

– Arrives damaged
– Is defective
– Does not match the order placed
– Has a manufacturing issue covered by warranty

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours after purchase.
After this period, production preparation begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Refunds for Eligible Cases

If a refund is approved due to damage, defect, or order error, you will be contacted by email.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout (including Klarna when applicable).

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with:

– Your order number
– Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
– A description of the problem

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns due to damage, defect, or order error, Button Seats S.L. covers all shipping costs.
